Removal and transmission installation

Removal

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Prop up back wheels protivootkatny boots, cock the parking brake, then поддомкратьте a front of the car and establish it on props. Remove both lobbies of a wheel and an access cover from a podzor of an arch of the left wheel.
2. Merge transmission oil (see. Replacement of transmission oil). Screw into place drain and jellied/control jams and tighten them with demanded effort.
3. Release the gate of a regulator of pressure and transfer a suspension bracket to the situation LOW.
4. Remove power shafts (see. Head Power shafts).
5. Remove the battery with the pallet and a basic plate (see. Head engine Electric equipment).
6. Remove a casing of an air purifier and/or an inlet air line (see. Head of the Power supply system and release).
7. Remove the tank of hydraulic liquid (see. Head Uniform hydraulic system).
8. Disconnect a gas cable from the throttle/TNVD case.
9. On petrol models remove the throttle case (see. Head of the Power supply system and release).
10. Depending on a complete set remove components on the left side of a head of cylinders, including the vacuum tank and the valve of stabilization of turns of idling.
11. At the corresponding complete set give fixing nuts and shift aside the hydraulic ABS modulator. Remove an arm of fastening of the modulator.

12. Liberate from clamps from the forward party of the power unit soaking-up and returnable tubes of hydraulic system, disconnect tubes from the pump (see. Head Uniform hydraulic system). At once закупорьте the open ends of tubes for the purpose of hit prevention in dirt system.

13. To Otboltita a regulator of hydraulic pressure and the distributor of supply of liquid from a forward wall of the engine also tie up assembly by a wire aside, or lay on a suitable prop.
14. Disconnect from a transmission all electroconducting, including tires of grounding and a food of the sensor switch of fires of a backing.

15. Disconnect a drive cable speedometer/electroconducting of the sensor of speed.



16. Having hooked a screw-driver with a flat sting, accurately liberate three drafts of a drive of gear shifting from the spherical hinges on transmission.

17. Remove directing a cable, a metal arm and the VMT sensor.
18. In an impellent compartment liberate the core and a cable cover from a basic arm. Disconnect a cable from the top part of a case of transmission.
19. At the corresponding complete set screw fixing bolts and remove a plastic arm from the top part of transmission.
20. To Otboltita also remove an arm of a cable of a drive of a speedometer.
21. Prop up the engine a jack (for the purpose of distribution of loading lay between a head of a jack and the case pallet wooden whetstone), or hang out the power unit by means of the winch or a cross-section beam.
22. Prop up a jack transmission (besides through wooden whetstone) and slightly shift it towards a radiator.

23. Give the central nut of the left support of the power unit, remove a washer.

24. Turn out two bolts of fastening of assembly of an arm of a support to a car body. Remove an arm. If the arm is welded, give nuts (do not forget about washers) and remove a rubber pillow of a support.

25. Remove the remote plug and turn out a hairpin.



26. On models with coupling of "exhaust" type (see. Head Coupling) beat out a finger / turn out a fixing bolt.

27. Remove the switching off lever from the top end of an axis of a fork of switching off for the purpose of ensuring freedom of rotation the with the last for liberation of the vyzhimny bearing at separation of a transmission from the engine.

28. Mark the provision of an axis of a fork of switching off concerning RKPP case.

29. Turn out fixing bolts and remove from transmission a plate of the bottom cover of a flywheel.

30. Turn out a bolt of fastening of transmission from the back party of the block of cylinders.
31. Accept all weight of a transmission on a jack, then turn out bolts of fastening of a case of transmission to the engine. Try to remember the adjusting provision of each of bolts and arms fixed by them. Once again make sure that nothing disturbs box dismantle.
32. Having turned out fixing bolts, shift a jack with the transmission established on it to the left, removing transmission assembly from directing pins, then incline a box in differential up for the purpose of office it from a stretcher.
33. Lower a jack and take RKPP assembly from under the car. Take freely planted directing pins and clean them in a reliable place.

34. On models with coupling of "exhaust" type put one more marking of provision of a fork of switching off of coupling concerning RKPP case. Pay attention to a corner under which the fork is developed. this marking will help to enter correctly a fork into gearing with the vyzhimny bearing at transmission installation.

Installation

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

Installation is made upside-down. Pay attention to the next moments:
   a) Shlitsa of primary shaft of RKPP before installation should be greased with refractory greasing (try not to allow greasing hits on a frictional disk of coupling;
   b) Track that all directing pins were established;

   c) On models with coupling of "exhaust" type before installation place vyzhimny the bearing so that the label put on it in the form of an arrow specified up (grooves of a fork of switching off should appear are turned forward on the engine); achieve combination put in the course of dismantle of landing labels of an axis (the fork should appear will develop approximately under 60 ° to a case surface). Thus vyzhimny the bearing should enter with guarantee into gearing with a fork at transmission installation. At the correct gearing of a fork with the bearing the label on an axis of a fork should appear combined with put on a case;

   d) Before a vvorachivaniye of a hairpin of the left support of the power unit do not forget to grease its carving with fixing hermetic. The tightening of a hairpin should be made with demanded effort;
   e) All other fixture also tighten with demanded effort.
   f) Do not forget to replace epiploons of power shafts (see. Replacement of epiploons). The description of procedures of installation of power shafts is provided in Head Power shafts;
   g) Do not forget to adjust a coupling pedal (see. Head Coupling);
   h) In summary, fill in in a transmission necessary amount of transmission oil of a demanded grade (address to Head Routine maintenance).
