Removal and installation of covers of a gas-distributing belt
Removal
L models 1.6 and 1.8
Top cover
|

|
1. Release clamps in the top part of a cover and liberate from them fuel hoses.
2. Turn out two fixing bolts in the basis of a cover and take the last from an impellent compartment. |

Central cover
|
|
|
1. Turn out two fixing bolts, located directly under a support arm.
2. Shift a cover up, for removal from the directing pins located in the basis.
3. Take a cover from an impellent compartment. |

Bottom cover
|
|
|
1. Remove a pulley of a cranked shaft (see. Removal and installation of a pulley of a cranked shaft).
2. Remove the central cover (see above).
3. Turn out two fixing bolts and remove the bottom cover from the engine. Pay attention that on some models it is necessary previously отболтить and to remove assembly of a natyazhitel of an auxiliary driving belt. |

Top cover

1. Release clamps in the top part of a cover and liberate from them fuel hoses. |

2. Turn out two fixing bolts. |
|

3. Take a cover from an impellent compartment, having pulled it up. |

Bottom cover
|
|
|
1. Remove a pulley of a cranked shaft (see. Removal and installation of a pulley of a cranked shaft). |

2. Turn out three fixing bolts and remove the bottom cover of a gas-distributing belt from the engine. |
|
|
3. Pay attention that on some models it is necessary previously отболтить and to remove assembly of a natyazhitel of an auxiliary driving belt. |

Installation Installation is made as it should be, the return to a dismantle order. Track correctness of placement of covers and reliability of a tightening of fixture (see. Specifications).
