1. Remove a belt of a drive of auxiliary units (address to Head Routine maintenance).

2. For fixing of a cranked shaft during an otdavaniye of a bolt of fastening of a pulley include the 4th transfer and ask the assistant to squeeze out a foot brake firmly. If the engine is removed from the car, block a gear wreath of a flywheel by means of the special adaptation.

Do not try to fix at all a shaft by a core prodevaniye in a blocking opening of a pulley (see. Fixing cranked/distributive shaft for the purpose of prevention casual in the course of performance of procedures of service of the car)! If the core is already inserted, temporarily take it.

3. Turn out a fixing bolt, throw off a washer and remove a pulley from a pin of a cranked shaft. If the pin, or a segment shponka (depending on a complete set) is planted freely, take him / her and clean in a reliable place. If the pulley is planted on a shaft pin too densely, use a suitable stripper.

1. Make sure available on the place and reliability of landing segment шпонки / a landing pin, then put on a pulley a pin of a cranked shaft.
2. Carefully smooth out a carving part of a fixing bolt, then grease it with fixing hermetic of the Loctite type.
3. Screw a bolt (do not forget about a washer) and tighten it with demanded effort, holding a cranked shaft from a provorachivaniye in the same way to which resorted at an otdavaniye.
4. Establish into place a belt of a drive of auxiliary units (address to Head Routine maintenance).
