At emergence of malfunctions in system of ignition and supply of fuel on the dashboard загоается a control lamp. At the same time the monitor is switched to emergency operation and writes down malfunction. After an engine stop record of malfunction can be считана from memory of the device.

It is possible to poll memory of malfunction of a monitor by means of the OUT device of 304 097 T or by means of diagnostic station Citroёn 26A.

The device is connected to the diagnostic socket.

At each interruption of supply of a food on a monitor data from memory are erased!

The electronic anti-theft device again becomes more active.

Indication of a code of malfunction means that this malfunction was shown after the last cleaning of memory.

For elimination of malfunction check all constructive group.

At check of the fuel pump and the operating valve of idling indication malfunctions (codes 15 or 22) does not mean that all constructive group is faulty. In case of malfunction connections and conducting should be checked also.

Poll of memory of malfunctions by means of an auxiliary light-emitting diode

Reading of codes can be made both with use of the special scanner, and on a lamp of refusals on the dashboard or by means of a light-emitting diode.

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Make button connection according to the scheme (see an illustration the Scheme of connection of the button and, if necessary, a light-emitting diode to the 2-contact or 30-contact diagnostic socket) to contact 2 two-contact or С2 the 30-contact socket (depending on model) and to the case. If on your model there is no control lamp of refusals, connect the light-emitting diode cathode to the diagnostic plug of the socket or the control unit according to the scheme (depending on model), and the light-emitting diode anode — to "+" - the battery plug.
2. Include ignition and leave included.
3. Press the button 5 seconds and release. The light-emitting diode or a lamp of refusals will give out a code 12 — the beginning of delivery of codes. Value of each category of a code corresponds to number of flashes by duration of 1 second. At first are transferred ten of code, then — units. Between categories — a pause in 1,5 seconds. After a pause of 2,5 seconds delivery of a code repeats.
For extraction of the following code again press the button and so before emergence of a code 11, обозначающегот the termination of a conclusion or lack of codes of malfunctions — if it appeared right after a code 12.
4. Disconnect wires and switch off ignition.
For removal of codes from memory of the block it is enough to press after delivery of a code 11 the button and to hold it during not less than 15 seconds, or it is simple to disconnect a negative cable from the storage battery not less than on 10 seconds.
