Replacement of lamps of external lighting and alarm devices

General information

At replacement of lamps do not forget the following elementary rules:
   a) Before starting to work surely disconnect a negative wire from the battery;
   b) Remember that just the flask of a lamp remains hot during even some time after shutdown of the last;
   c) Without fail check a condition of both contacts of the boss of a lama. In case of need smooth out contacts, having removed from them oxidation traces;
   d) At installation of lamps with a socle of bayonetny type (see. Specifications) watch reliability of electric contact of terminal connections;
   e) Watch, that replaceable lamps on rated power of consumption corresponded failed (especially at replacement of lamps of head or fog lights).

Head headlights

In head headlights two lamps access to which is possible from the back party of assembly are used. The external lamp (located closer to a car wing) provides near lighting, internal - distant. Replacement of both lamps is made in an identical manner.

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Open a cowl.
2. Release a clamp and uncover the back party of a block headlight.
3. Disconnect electroconducting from a back part of the boss to subject replacement of a lamp (a wire of red color). Compress lock uvulas and release a spring clamp of fastening of assembly of a lamp with the boss in a back part of a block headlight. Above — the Contact socket of electroconducting and a spring clamp of fastening of the boss of a lamp of a driving beam Below — the Contact socket of electroconducting and a spring clamp of fastening of the boss of a lamp of a passing beam 1 and 2 — lock uvulas of a spring clamp
4. Take lamp assembly with the boss from a block headlight.
5. Try not to touch a flask of a new lamp barehanded, - use a napkin or pure rags. Left by fingers on glass fatty spots lead to decrease in intensity of lighting and reduction of service life of a lamp. Casually left traces remove with the rags impregnated with methyl alcohol. 6. Establish assembly of a new lamp. Track correctness of hit of lock uvulas in grooves of cartridge assembly. Fix assembly by a spring clamp and connect to it electroconducting. 7. Establish into place a plastic back cover of a block headlight, having tracked correctness of its landing.

Forward marker lights

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Open a cowl. 2. Release a clamp and uncover the back party of a head block headlight. 3. The lamp of a marker light is located between two lamps of head lighting.
4. Turn a cartridge of a lamp on a turn quarter counter-clockwise and take lamp assembly with the boss from a block headlight.
5. The lamp has press landing in the boss. 6. Replace a lamp and establish assembly of the boss in a block headlight. Act as it should be, the return to a dismantle order.

Forward indexes of turns

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Open a cowl.
2. From the interior of a wing release a fixing clamp and вытолкните assembly of the index of turn from a wing forward (the arrow showed a fixing clamp).
3. Turn cartridge assembly counter-clockwise and take it from index assembly.
4. The lamp is equipped with a socle of bayonetny type. 5. Replace a lamp and establish cartridge assembly and the index on the regular places. Act as it should be, the return to a dismantle order.

Lateral repeaters of forward indexes of turn

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Shift repeater assembly forward and liberate it from the body panel.
2. Turn cartridge assembly counter-clockwise and liberate it from repeater assembly.
3. The lamp has press landing in the boss. 4. Replace a lamp and establish the repeater on the regular place. Act as it should be, the return to a dismantle order.

Forward fog lights

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove a headlight (see. Removal and installation of external lighting and alarm devices). 2. Turn a back cover of a headlight on a turn quarter counter-clockwise and remove it.
3. Disconnect lamp electroconducting from contact on a cover.
4. Wring out lock uvulas and release a spring clamp of fastening of cartridge assembly in a back part of a headlight.
5. Take a cartridge with a lamp.
6. Try not to touch a flask of a new lamp barehanded, - use a napkin or pure rags. Established on a back door the combined lamps

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Open a back door.
2. Release a clamp and open a back folding cover of lantern assembly.
3. Wring out two lock uvulas and take from a lamp assembly of a lampoderzhatel. Above — Clamps of fastening of a lampoderzhatel Below — Removal of a lampoderzhatel of the back combined lamp from a back door
4. In a lamp lamps with socles of bayonetny type are used. 5. Replace the failed lamps and collect a lamp. Act as it should be, the return to a dismantle order.

The back combined lamps established on wings

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. In a luggage compartment give a fixing nut (and) and liberate from a wing assembly of the combined lamp. Above — Fixture of a cover of the back combined lamp (Hatchback) Below — Fixture of a cover of the back combined lamp (Versatile person)
2. Wring out lock uvulas and take from lantern assembly a lampoderzhatel.
3. In a lamp lamps with socles of bayonetny type are used. 4. Replace the failed lamps and collect a lamp. Act as it should be, the return to a dismantle order.

Lamps of illumination of registration plate

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Having hooked a small screw-driver, remove a lens from lamp assembly.
2. The lamp has press landing in the boss.
3. Replace a lamp and establish into place a lens.

Stoplight of the top level

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. The stoplight is built in at a door of a back of the car.
2. Open a back door.
3. For the purpose of ensuring access to a lampoderzhatel, give two fixing nuts.
