Removal and turbokompressor installation


Arrangement of a turbokompressor and accompanying components

1 — the Branch pipe for connection of an air sleeve

Removal

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove the inlet pipeline (see. Removal and installation of the inlet pipeline and final collector). Appearance of a turbokompressor and an arrangement of accompanying components see on an illustration the Arrangement of a turbokompressor and accompanying components.

2. Give a cap nut of shtutserny connection and disconnect a maslopodayushchy tube from the top part of assembly of a turbokompressor.

3. Cock the parking brake, then поддомкратьте a front of the car and establish it on props.
4. Disconnect from a turbokompressor a reception pipe of system of production of the fulfilled gases (see. Systems of decrease in toxicity and production of the fulfilled gases).

5. Working under the car, release fixing collars and remove a hose connecting a maslovozvratny tube of a turbokompressor to a branch pipe, connected to the block of cylinders.

6. Turn out the screw of fastening of a maslopodayushchy tube to a basic arm on the back party of the block of cylinders.

7. Release a cap nut of shtutserny connection of a maslopodayushchy tube on the block of cylinders and lift the receiver from the engine.



8. Take the filter from shtutserny knot of a maslopodayushchy tube (from outside the block of cylinders). Estimate extent of pollution of the filter, in case of need clean or replace.

9. Working under the car, turn out two bottom bolts of fastening of a turbokompressor.

10. Prop up turbokompressor assembly, then turn out the top bolt of its fastening and remove the remote plug.

11. Carefully take turbokompressor assembly from an impellent compartment (at the top). If assembly is subject to further use, carefully закупорьте all openings in it in order to avoid dirt hit.

Installation

Installation is made upside-down. Pay attention to the next moments:
   a) If turbokompressor replacement is made, do not forget to replace also impellent oil and the oil filter. Replace also the filter established in a maslopodayushchy tube;
   b) Do not tighten cap nuts of shtutserny connections of a maslopodayushchy tube until its both ends will be connected. At a tightening of a shtutserny nut of a maslovozvratny tube track, that the returnable hose did not stretch;
   c) Before primary start of the engine make filling of an oil contour of a turbokompressor for what disconnect electroconducting from the electromagnetic locking valve on TNVD and turn the engine a starter (1-second inclusions) three times.
