Adjustment of a driving cable of inclusion of the kick-down mode

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Warm up the engine to normal working temperature and check correctness of installation of turns of idling. In case of need make the corresponding adjustment (see. Head of the Power supply system and release).

2. Disconnect the core of a driving cable of inclusion of the kick-down mode from a cam of the case of a throttle, then check correctness of adjustment of a cable of gas (see. Head of the Power supply system and release).

3. Extend the cable core from a cover till resistance emergence (inclusion of the kick-down mode testifying to the beginning) and measure distance from a back end face of seal (X) on a cable to a cut of its cover. The nominal rate makes about 39 mm. In case of need weaken two lock-nuts of fastening of a cover and as appropriate correct situation of the last in an arm.

4. Connect a cable of inclusion of the kick-down mode to a cam of the case of a throttle, then check again measure distance (c) between seal and a cover cut. At cam densely pressed to the emphasis a gap (c) should make 0.5 mm, otherwise weaken lock-nuts of a cover and make the corresponding adjustment.

5. Having finished adjustment, strongly tighten lock-nuts.
