Check of serviceability of functioning, removal and fan installation (ов) cooling systems
Check
Food giving on the fan (ы) systems of cooling is carried out via the ignition switch (see. Head engine Electric equipment) and a safety lock (address to Head Onboard electric equipment). Also thermosensitive sensor switch of the fan enters into a contour, on the majority of models established on a radiator.

1. Warm up the engine to normal working temperature and leave it working at single turns. The fan should work directly ahead of that as the arrow of the index of temperature will reach the left border of a red range of a scale (before the control lamp will light up). In default the fan in the first always it is necessary to check a condition of the corresponding safety lock. If a safety lock as it should be, switch off ignition and disconnect electroconducting from the fan sensor switch. Connect a crossing point two contacts of the electric socket and again include ignition. If now the fan starts to function, it is necessary to replace the faulty sensor switch. |

2. If the fan still does not work, make sure that on the sensor switch socket a battery food (12 In) regularly moves. If a food is absent, check a condition of the corresponding electroconducting. Check on conductivity existence a chain site between the plug of grounding of the sensor switch and weight. In case of need restore the lost contact.
3. If performance of all listed checks does not allow to reveal a fan cause of failure, it is necessary to check a condition of the driving electromotor. Disunite the electric socket and submit a food from the battery directly on motor plugs. If the motor does not turn on, replace it assembled. |

Removal

1. Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.
2. Remove a decorative front grille (address to Head the Body and salon furnish).
3. Disconnect the left hose of a radiator, then release clamps and incline radiator assembly back (if necessary previously dismantle a coal adsorber — see. Removal, check of a condition and radiator installation).

4. Working in space ahead of a radiator, give nuts of three bolts of fastening of the motor. |

5. Liberate electroconducting of the driving motor from clamps on a fan casing.
6. Through a body aperture under installation of a front grille take the electromotor from an impellent compartment and disconnect from it electroconducting.
7. At desire the krylchatka can be removed from a motor shaft after an otdavaniye of a fixing screw/clamp. |

Installation
Installation is made upside-down. Remember that electroconducting should be connected to the motor before its installation on a fan casing.
