Assembly of a head of cylinders

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Grease cores of valves and establish the last on the former places in a head of cylinders. In case of installation of new valves establish them according to grinding in order, - each valve gets used to a concrete saddle in a head.

2. Establish on the first of valves the bottom plate (saddle) of a spring. Dunk a new maslootrazhatelny cap into pure impellent oil and accurately plant it on directing plug. Try not to damage a cap in the course of a prodevaniye of a core of the valve in it. For cap landing on the plug use a face head suitable on the size or a piece of a pipe of the corresponding diameter.

3. Plant a spring on the saddle, then establish the top plate.
4. The special tool compress a spring, having lowered its top plate on sufficient height, then fill in a flute on a valve core crackers of the cutting lock. Temporary fixing of crackers to an otpuskaniye of the tool is made by means of pair of dabs of dense greasing.
5. Operating in a similar manner, establish in a head the remained valves, then establish a head horizontally on a workbench and a hammer through wooden whetstone обстучите end faces of cores of each of valves for the purpose of a usadka of components.
6.
