1. Remove a belt of a drive of auxiliary units (address to Head Routine maintenance).
2. Achieve combination of blocking openings (see. Fixing cranked / distributive shaft and TNVD for the purpose of prevention of casual hit of valves in contact to pistons in the course of performance of procedures of service of the car) also fix camshaft and TNVD cogwheels, and also a flywheel. At all do not allow a provorachivaniye of the blocked engine.
3. Weaken an axial nut and an adjusting bolt of a natyazhitel and develop an arm of the last counter-clockwise, having weakened thereby a tension of a gas-distributing belt. Having tightened an adjusting bolt, fix a natyazhitel in new situation. In case of need use for deployment of a natyazhitel by a 10-millimetric drive which can be inserted into a special square opening in an arm.
4. Turn out two bolts and a hairpin of fastening of an intermediate roller to the block of cylinders. Pay attention that the top bolt is used also for fastening of an arm of a support of the power unit.
5. Slightly weaken the remained four bolts of fastening of a support (the top is located from the interior of a forward plate of the engine and it is used also for fastening of an elevating eye of the power unit).
