4. If the condition of a belt is found satisfactory, make adjustment of effort of its tension (except equipped To/in models where the automatic natyazhitel is provided).

2. Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.

3. Weaken fixing and adjusting bolts of an arm of a tension roller (one of bolts is located in the central part of the roller, the second symbol - below on an arm).

4. Against the stop tighten an adjusting bolt and remove a belt from pulleys.

5. Check freedom of rotation of a tension roller.

1. If yet did not do it, execute the procedures 2 — 3 described in "Check".
2. Observance of correctness of adjustment of effort of a tension of a driving belt is guarantee of duration of term of its service. The too poorly tense belt usually starts to whistle. Remember also that excessively strong tension of a belt leads to overloads and premature wear of bearings of the generator.
3. The belt should be tense so that at a firm nazhimaniye on it a thumb on a site in the middle between the pulleys most removed from each other the size of a deflection made about 5 mm (see the remark at the beginning of the section).
4. Correction of a tension of a belt is made by rotation of an adjusting bolt. Having achieved satisfactory result, several times turn a cranked shaft, then repeat check. Strongly tighten fixing/adjusting bolts.
5. Connect a negative wire to the battery.
6. Establish into place a plastic cover of a podzor of a wing and the right forward wheel, then lower the car on the earth and tighten wheel bolts.

1. If yet did not do it, execute the Checks procedures.
2. Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.
3. Pass a prutkovy key of square section in a special opening in the lower part of an arm of a natyazhitel and start to rotate a natyazhitel counter-clockwise, weakening thereby a belt. For fixing of a natyazhitel in the released situation pass a prutkovy key on 4 mm in a special opening and tighten a pin.
4. Turn out fixing bolts and remove a roller of a natyazhitel, then throw off a belt from pulleys.
5. Check freedom of rotation of a roller of a natyazhitel.

1. Make sure that the replaceable belt corresponds failed on the standard size. Throw with a new belt pulleys, having tracked correctness of hit of edges in streams.
2. Establish a roller of a natyazhitel and tighten fixing bolts.
3. By means of a prutkovy key of square section fix a natyazhitel, a usual prutkovy key (on 4 mm) release a pin and slowly release assembly, having allowed it to make a belt tension. Still make sure of correctness of hit of edges of a belt in streams of pulleys.
4. Connect a negative wire to the battery.
5. Establish into place a plastic cover of a podzor of a wing and the right forward wheel, then lower the car on the earth and tighten wheel bolts with demanded effort.
